Thanks Dave.September 20, 2017 at 11:46 pm #684
How’s it going? Are you all figuring out what the mining problem is? Do you need any resources to help with it?
Thanks,September 21, 2017 at 3:52 pm #688
mining with their own mining platform also in the process of correcting? Very expect.
Thank you for your work! good luck!October 6, 2017 at 4:59 pm #1367

I have solved approximately 50 hashes between 16:27 and 16:50 GMT and I was rewarded only a single 0.005 JSE for all that hash and time. And now it is 16:56 GMT and still a single 0.005 JSE which was rewarded at 16:50 for 23 minutes of maximum rate hashing (constant 3300-3400 hp/s). Is there anything wrong with the JSE Coin servers?
Currently I have got 17 x 0.005 per 120 hashes. That’s 0.005 JSE per 7 hashes. It also equates to 1400 hashes per 1 JSE. I thought it was 200 hashes per 1.00 JSE. Is there anyone who could further inform/clarify me on this matter?October 6, 2017 at 6:16 pm #1368
I also noticed error in this self-mining. I think there is a lot of bugs.
Today I have 241 hashes and earned just 0.625, but 241 x 0.005 must be 1.205.
I hope this things will be fixed soon. Also sometimes I see some green message (some server issue – larger amount of users or something like this).
I hope also rewards from self-mining will go up soon.October 6, 2017 at 8:21 pm #1369
I see the same payout ratio problems as Kayihan and Denis above. I have posted about it twice before on the forums with no response. The ratio has been steadily declining all week.
As of today after a week of mining I have found 11169 hashes and total payout is only 8.965. this is roughly 16% of what should have been paid out according to what is posted. This also matches the 1/7th ratio Kayihan has observed.
I expect that there will be some amount of hash collisions where users find hashes before a solved block has been updated but that does not seem to account for this level of missed payouts.
JSE developers/admin could you please address this? It is clearly not a one-off problem with platform mining since multiple people are seeing the same issue.October 7, 2017 at 6:01 am #1371
I agree. My server finds far more hashes than the balance of reward
Either there are a lot of hashes, which on the whole are conflicting and it is not displayed. Either there is a significant loss in payments
Now a day produces about 1 JSE when found 1k hashes! Which is almost 7 times lower 🙁October 7, 2017 at 6:54 am #1372
I hope these things will be solved soon. Now we have a lot of coins lost.
I think admin will tell us what is happening soon.October 7, 2017 at 3:58 pm #1374
Thanks for your posts regarding this.
Finding a valid hash doesn’t guarantee you a JSEcoin payout. Each valid hash earns you a ticket into into a lottery system where 50 winners get rewarded a 0.005 JSE token. This lottery takes place every 30 seconds, with a new 50 x 0.005JSE available each time. This adds up to 770JSE available each day. Currently users are receiving roughly 1 payout per 10 hashes. The more users mining will increase the difficulty, meaning you will receive fewer payouts.October 8, 2017 at 8:36 pm #1377
Now it’s clearly how this works. I hope you will increase revenue from self mining in future.October 10, 2017 at 8:15 pm #1398
c 7 the number of hashes is not considered, and no credited service diedOctober 11, 2017 at 10:12 pm #1399
Is it 50 unique users? Can a user win more than 0.005 JSE per block? It looks like only 0.005 JSE per block if you win the lottery.
So, in a 24 hour period, you can mine at most 3.85 JSE (770 * 0.005 JSE)?October 12, 2017 at 3:51 pm #1402
That is the maximum possible but with so many users online we have found its hard to mine more than 1 JSE per day using the self-mining. Now if you believe JSE will never be worth more than a dollar or don’t believe it will take off then this is obviously a waste of time. Our early adopters are hoping that the currency will increase in value once listed on exchange and that will make it worthwhile. It’s worth noting that it will only get harder to mine using a browser, figures quoted last week aren’t relevant today because of the fast user growth. We are up to 18,000 users now and that figure is increasing daily. The same mining reward has to be distributed as fairly as possible between all the users. We are unable to significantly increase the total mining rewards at this time because that would inflate the coin circulation. This would make it harder to achieve a possitive return for investors after the ICO.October 13, 2017 at 6:49 pm #1415
I desperately need help in getting my account reconnected.
I have been offline since last month?
I’m no longer any emails from JSE? You seem to have lost my account.October 13, 2017 at 6:51 pm #1416
Not receiving any emails?
