    Hey
    I’ve been running jsecoin publisher code on my site and in the past week my traffic increased by 30k but the amount of coins I’ve earned hasn’t went up (stayed the same). Was wondering if you added a cap for publishers, and if there is I most likely won’t keep the code on my site. Thanks.

    Hi Raween, there’s not a individual cap but there is a fixed daily distribution. So every 30 second block 50 x 2 JSE rewards are distributed to the publisher base. If more sites are competing for those rewards then each individual will earn less if competition decreases then each individual will earn more in JSE. The equivalent USD value will vary as well depending on demand on exchanges affecting the token price. In theory competition should increase alongside demand balancing the fiat valuation of earnings for publishers. Obviously we are in a pretty deep bear market at the moment so that’s slightly distorted at this time.

    ok, is there a way to stop the mining/banner after the cap is reached so my users wont have to suffer?

    Because of the short block times I don’t think this would be possible.

    You could potentially split your traffic with some javascript code like:-

    if (Math.random() > 0.5) {

    }

    This would essentially only show the mining banner to half the visitors. Or you could separate by geo etc using something like Maxminds geoIP database but this would be more complex.
