I suggest to you provide local support (agents) for some countries.
For example – Croatia. You find somebody from Croatia that will help people in Croatian language and you pay him some JSE per month.
This will absolutely give trust to people. Speaking with people in your own language is the best way to get people ‘into’.
Also some live chat support in English will be great – this is proven to increase conversion rates (in your case – number of investors).
This is a great idea. Something we should definitely look at throughout the ICO. It would be hard to scale well perhaps because finding a lot of people willing to answer questions 24/7 who have an in depth knowledge of the project could be tricky. I think it would be a case of finding the right balance of answering enough queries fast to providing the right answers to technical questions. One of the developers working on the project has experience with building support chat bots in his previous work so that’s another option which could handle some of the more common questions which get asked and are in the FAQ.
