    i referred a friend with my link and he said he confirmed his email and everything but it says my reward was declined?

    I remember admin mentioned something about being declined if you were on the same IP.. did your friend sign up at your house or use your internet?

    No, i had my brother first use my referral code but that didn’t work for that reason, so i referred my friend who doesn’t use my internet but still got the error

    Yes declined for duplicate is either if the same IP address or browser was used that previously has an account with us. I’ll PM you on Discord and get the account info to confirm the details.

    Hello James. I started mining tonight and have 3 machines going but it keeps saying it’s sent a confirmation email but there’s nothing in my hotmail inbox or junk folder. I’ve tried resend several times on each machine but nothing has arrived. Can you help please?

    Hi Gavin, it’s probably being flagged as a duplicate account. Please note that there is no benefit to running three machines as opposed to one machine. The mining rewards will just be split between the three devices. This system is setup to make it fair for everyone and to stop people running server farms with hundreds/thousands of devices which would lower everyone elses payouts if we allowed it.
